Kim Pollishuke has been teaching for 20 years for the York Region District School Board, supporting teachers, administrators, students, and community members. Currently, she is the proud Vice Principal of Aurora Grove Public School.
She has been an Associate Teacher for teacher candidates at OISE/University of Toronto and York University and enjoyed working as an instructional leader for York University, teaching a number of Additional Qualification courses.
Kim is a Google Certified Innovator, Trainer, and Educator and holds a Master's degree in education.
Kim’s goal is to help educators understand the power that technology can have in giving a platform for student voice, connecting students to the wider global community, and ultimately creating confident, innovative, digital citizens for the 21st century.
